Workshop17, a global award-winning coworking operator in South Africa, developed WorkSpaceMan over a period of 6 years. Each functionality came out of a need that occurred in daily practice and was developed with each of our users adding to the features and essence of our platform. The fact that it is developed by a leading operator, and tested in practice while developing makes WorkSpaceMan unique. In the last 3 years, two other operators have started using the software and have given their input and feedback to further develop and improve WorkSpaceMan.
WorkSpaceMan is a fully integrated software solution to manage all elements of your coworking and flexible workspace. It takes care of contracting, invoicing, and payments throughout a member’s lifecycle. It creates a self service environment that allows members to book scarce resources like rooms, desks and spaces, to manage their memberships and extras easily, and to keep full track of all their costs and expenses. Furthermore, it makes your space cash fee through its electronic wallets. It fully integrates with bookkeeping and enables quick and easy monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting.
